If you’ve been trying to find rent-to-own homes in Dallas–Fort Worth and keep running into dead ends, you’re not imagining it.

Try searching online and you’ll see the same pattern over and over again. Zillow doesn’t have a rent-to-own list. Realtor.com doesn’t either. Homes.com doesn’t. And Facebook is unreliable at best (and a direct pathway to a scam situation at worst).

So where does that leave you?

Most people assume rent-to-own homes are rare — when in reality, the ACTUAL problem is that there is no single place where these homes are organized, searchable, and kept up to date.

That is why what I provide is entirely unique and hard to find.

Right here on this website, you can request access to a centralized, actively maintained list of rent-to-own homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, all in one place.

This list is DFW-only and focused strictly on rent-to-own and lease-option possibilities.

How to Request the Rent-to-Own List (DFW Only)

To request a search from the list, simply text:

📱 832-548-0665

Include the following information:

  • City or cities you’re interested in (Dallas–Fort Worth only)
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Home type (single-family only, townhome acceptable, etc.)
  • One-story or two-story preference (if any)
  • Must-have features (garage, yard, acreage, pool, etc.)
  • Your maximum comfortable future mortgage payment
(not current rent — rent can vary; mortgage affordability is the anchor)

You may also use the request form on this page if you prefer. Once your request is received, the list will be searched for currently available rent-to-own homes that match your criteria.

What You’ll Find on the List

  • Homes across Dallas–Fort Worth only
  • Monthly rent and mortgage price ranges from about $1,200 to $10,000+
  • Condos, townhomes, single-family homes, ranches, and acreage
  • A wide mix of layouts and features (garages, yards, pools, acreage)

In some specific areas, there may only be a handful of options at any given time — and they may not match every budget or feature request. But whatever rent-to-own homes do exist, this list helps surface them.
