Elena has been in real estate since 2019 — through the hottest booms and the coldest slowdowns. She’ve seen which strategies work, which don’t, and why the difference matters.
She specializes in working with investors. That means much of what she teaches comes from watching how serious buyers and sellers approach real estate: with logical structure, clear purpose, and money and time saving options.
